Privacy Policy

National Parks Conservation Association, and the affiliated National Parks Action Fund, recognize the trust you have placed in us by providing your personal information. Therefore, we have established this privacy policy to protect that information.

The NPCA website was developed to serve as a tool to inform users about issues facing the nation's parks and our work to protect the parks. We provide the means for individuals to take action to protect parks for future generations. The information we collect online is intended to provide decision makers with necessary constituent information. We will never share your email address with any outside parties. NPCA, or the affiliated Action Fund may, from time to time, contact you by mail or email. At any time, you can access your Personal Action Center and make changes to your address and email preferences. You can also notify us of changes at npca@npca.org.

When you choose to make a contribution to NPCA, we need to know your name and mailing address. For online contributions, we also need to know your email address and credit card information. NPCA has taken appropriate steps to encrypt your credit card information and protect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your financial information to others; however, from time to time we do make our donor list available to organizations we think you will find of interest. If you prefer that your name be omitted from this list, please contact us at npca@npca.org

Contributions also may be made by printing out the PDF form and mailing it to Member Services, NPCA, 777 6th St., NW, Ste. 700, Washington, DC, 20001, or by calling 800.628.7275 between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Eastern Time.

We may change any part of this policy, without any separate notice to users. The current policy will always be posted here. We will not change the purpose of this policy, which is to protect your privacy consistent with our goals as a non-profit membership and advocacy organization dedicated to protecting national parks.
